Convenience is a major reason to choose Rutgers as your conference site. Professional conference coordinators will make all of the logistical arrangements for your conference. You will work with One Office... not several.

When considering use of university facilities, it is important to understand that the University is not a hotel, and cannot provide hotel-like accommodations and amenities. Groups that choose Rutgers as a conference site utilize student housing, student dining halls and student classrooms.

Conferences are booked with the understanding that participants attend the entire conference. There are no credits or refunds given for those participants who choose not to.  The agreed upon start and end dates set forth in the Proposal determine the duration of the conference.
