Reservation Deposit Non university organizations will pay the University a
non-refundable reservation deposit of not less than 15% of the total anticipated charges
with the signed Proposal.
University-sponsored programs will submit an
Internal Purchase Order covering the non-refundable reservation deposit of not less than
10% of the total anticipated charges with the signed Proposal.
Failure to provide a signed proposal and
deposit by the specified deadline will result in the cancellation of all tentatively
reserved space and dates. |
