Essential Reading Academic Year Services Policies |
A minimum guarantee number for lodging and food service will be provided no later than fifteen (15) working days prior to the beginning of the conference. Failure to provide written guarantees will result in the minimum charges being based on the total anticipated attendance, as specified in the Facilities and Services Agreement. The University does not guarantee availability of lodging, meals, and facilities in excess of 10% of the guaranteed numbers. |
