Essential Reading Academic Year Services Policies |
Non university organizations will provide liability insurance for itself and all of its participants in the conference with limits of not less than $1 million dollars combined single limit for each person/occurrence for bodily injury and/or property damage. The University is to be named an "additional insured" and said policy is to be deemed "primary" insurance. A certificate will be provided no less than thirty (30) days before the start date of the conference. The University shall be given notice of cancellation/modification of said insurance. Organizations that cannot meet the insurance requirements will be charged a daily per person "risk" fee, which is not to be construed as liability insurance coverage. |
