To those interns who already know they will be employed by one of our current companies and will be residing at University Center this summer, we look forward to your arrival. A "welcome letter" from Rutgers Conference Services, consisting of the details listed below, should be distributed to you by your internship coordinator. Please keep this letter as it contains valuable information which you will require throughout your summer residency.

Upon arrival, be prepared to present a valid school identification or other proof of current student status. Also, unless otherwise arranged by your company there are no weekend check-in times. Please make your travel plans accordingly.
